Woodlake Estates

We are in our membership drive to see if we can get at least 75% of the homes enrolled as members.

As of May 22, 2026, only 175 of 442 households (40%) have joined.

Covenant and Deed revisions are underway to be circulated to paying members of the association. A vote will take place at a membership meeintg on August 20th at 7 PM at the Kenner Pavilion. A household must be a member of the civic association to have a vote.

Woodlake Civic Association had our annual membership meeting on March 12. Updates were given by the City of Kenner, Jefferson Parish and the Woodlake Board.

Danny Riehm is our District 5 Council Member as of July 1, 2026.

Brian Brennan was term-limited out. We wish to thank Brian for his years of service to our district. Brian was always available to help our subdivision. Look forward to seeing him again walking around greeting people.
