We are in our membership drive to see if we can get at least 75% of the homes enrolled as members.

As of March 31, 2026, only 154 of 442 households (35%) have joined.

Covenant and Deed revisions are underway to be circulated to paying members of the association. A vote will take place in the summer. A household must be a member of the civic association to have a vote.

Woodlake Civic Association had our annual membership meeting on March 12. Updates were given by the City of Kenner and we heard from several individuals running for office.

May 16, 2026 is the next election to replace our District 5 Kenner City Councilman, Brian Brennan, who will be term-limited.

Danny Riehm, of Zion St., is running to take Brian Brennan's vacated position for our district.
